5Rhythms® Emerging Waves

Emerging Waves is a 5Rhythms® class guided and led by a 5Rhythms® practitioner in training.

In this class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with a simple guide, leaving room for your own expression.

Music becomes the teacher, along with the facilitator in training, accompanying your practice through rhythms:

Fluid, Staccato, Chaos, Lyric and Stillness.

Based on the teachings of Gabrielle Roth , the 5Rhythms® practice is experienced by thousands of people around the world.

It is a moving meditation, a creative path and a philosophy that starts from a simple idea: when we move, we heal.

Movement becomes medicine and also metaphor: it opens space for introspection and for inhabiting the body with presence.

This practice welcomes all bodies, cultures, ages, and experience levels.

Where the 5Rhythms are danced, community is created: a community that moves together, sweats together, grows together and sustains itself in freedom and authenticity.

Here we find curiosity, kindness, and the courage to be real.
