Before I had words for emotions, I had movement. 

As a child, I danced alone in the living room, long before I understood what I was feeling.

 

Born and raised in Italy, life later took me to the UK, the Middle East, and Central America, experiences that deeply informed my perspective on culture and humane nature.

 

The paths that shaped the way I hold space for others:

 

✭ Becoming a European gold medalist in figure skating taught me discipline.

✭ Ten years working in film production gave me structure.  

✭ A decade teaching a non-lineage yoga path granted me independent thinking.  

✭ Becoming an equine coach revealed to me the compassionate intelligence of the natural world.  

✭ The 5Rhythms showed me how to let the world in and my truth come out.

 

Grounded, honest, and free from spiritual pretense, my classes are a gentle reminder that after chaos, joy always returns.
